// What you bring to the team
• Minimum 3 years of Progress OpenEdge Experience
• Competence with large systems software design and development
• Well versed in Object oriented paradigms
• Experience with:
– Oracle SQL Server and SQL query language
– SCRUM and Agile Methodologies
– Linux on a basic level is desirable and a plus
• Good communication, organization and leadership skills
• University Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Implement, integrate and develop innovative solutions
• Follow team coding standards and best practices
• Perform technical analysis of requirements
• Lead/mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing presentations
• Collaborate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule
• Review product specifications in order to give development estimates and product feedback
