// What you bring to the team
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an IT or software development environment
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar
• Experience in Adobe Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Design & Development
• Create high-quality UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user research and project requirements
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with the company’s goals.
Customer Projects:
• Work closely with our IT outsourcing customers to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions
• Tailor design approaches to meet the unique requirements of each client, ensuring their satisfaction with the final product
• Present and communicate design concepts to clients, gathering feedback and iterating on designs as needed.
Internal Products
• Design user interfaces and experiences for Red to Blue’s own IT products, ensuring they are user-friendly, functional, and aesthetically pleasing
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continually improve and refine the product design
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Internal Communication & Marketing
• Develop visual content for internal communication, ensuring brand consistency across all internal platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual assets, including digital ads, email templates, social media graphics, and promotional materials
• Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns by designing graphics that align with the company’s brand identity and goals.
Web Design
• Design and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion
• Create web designs that align with marketing strategies and business objectives, ensuring a consistent and compelling online presence
• Work with web developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and implemented correctly.
Design Standards & Best Practices
• Maintain and advocate for UI/UX best practices, design guidelines, and accessibility standards across all projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating new approaches as appropriate.
Documentation & Handoff
• Prepare detailed design documentation and guidelines to ensure a smooth handoff to developers and other stakeholders
• Provide support during the development phase to address any design-related issues or questions.
Reporting & Collaboration
• Regularly report to management on design progress, project timelines, and any challenges faced
• Collaborate with management to align design projects with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
